Furnace replacement
from $4,865
Ameristar 80,000 BTU, 80% efficiency, single stage, like-for-like. That price includes pulling the old furnace out, reconnecting your existing ductwork, the gas leak check, venting, a new filter cabinet you can actually reach, start-up and testing, and hauling the old unit away.
Heat pump replacement
from $11,264
American Standard 2-ton, side discharge, multi-stage. New line set, nitrogen pressure test, evacuated to a deep vacuum, and the charge verified at commissioning rather than guessed at.
A/C coil added during a furnace install
from $1,435
Puts the coil in while the furnace is already open, so adding a heat pump later costs you a lot less than doing the job twice.
