The challenge
On a remodel, the fireplace work has to be coordinated with the other trades. If the gas and venting aren't placed exactly right, the mason's finished surround has to come back off — an expensive redo. Timing and precision were everything.
What we did
We performed the gas line connections and the venting for the new fireplace, and positioned every connection exactly where the finished stone surround needed it — so when the mason's work goes on, everything lines up the first time. Coordinating cleanly with the other trades is half the job on a remodel, and it's something we take seriously.
The result
