The challenge
The home needed both efficiency and reliable heat through Everett winters — and better airflow. A single piece of equipment wouldn't do it; the house needed a properly sized, integrated system and improved return-air.
What we did
We installed a complete dual-fuel system — a heat pump for efficient everyday heating and cooling, paired with a gas furnace (American Standard) as backup. We added a new coil and a filter cabinet, and ran a new return-air addition to improve airflow and even out comfort through the whole house. One system, sized and built for the home — the way we do every install.
The result
